Book A Car inc is responsible for delivering a first class experience for our customers at every interaction. The right candidate enjoys working directly with customers and is able to maintain a professional disposition in any scenario.The customer service representative will be able to manage all workflow through our multiple channels of communication with clients and internal team members.
Customer Service:
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Handle calls professionally and timely.
- Answer all inquiries via phone, email and online.
- Quickly handle real time changes and maintains healthy links of communication with dispatch and field operatives.
- Professional and customer-friendly phone etiquette
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn.
- Basic computer skills, including data entry and email management.
- Familiarity with reservation software and booking systems.
- Basic Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
