Based on the information from the provided link, there are generally two types of airport pickups:

  1. Baggage Claim | Inside Pickup: In this case, the driver will wait for you with a name sign at the baggage claim area or by the exit.
  2. Curbside Pickup | Outside Pickup: For this option, the driver will monitor your flight and send you a text upon your arrival. Once you are at the curbside with your luggage, you should call or text your driver with your specific pickup area details. Your vehicle should arrive in approximately 5-8 minutes.

Yes, our professional chauffeurs can assist with luggage pickup from inside your building. Just mention this request during booking or inform your driver upon arrival, and they will be happy to help

Yes, child car seats are available upon request. There is an additional charge of $15 per seat. You can add this option while booking online or by contacting our team for assistance.

  • Airport Pickups: We offer a complimentary waiting time of 60 minutes for domestic flights and 30 -40 minutes for international flights after landing. This allows you ample time to clear customs and collect your luggage.
  • Non-Airport Pickups: A free waiting period of 10-15 minutes is included. If additional waiting time is needed, charges may apply based on our hourly rates.
